We are registered with Financial Conduct Authority – FCA (FRN ) and HM Revenue & Customers (MLR ) to carry out Money Transfer Activities in accordance with Payment Services Regulations 2009.

You agree that email and other electronic communications can be used as a long-distance means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We will contact you by email or provide information by posting notices on our Website.
Registration
After sign up on the Website, we would request you to keep your login credentials secret. You are responsible for all actions taken under your chosen credentials.
By signing up an account on the Website you undertake the followings:
All the provided details (Name, Address, Nationality, DOB, Occupation and Identification details) are true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects.
In case of any change in personal information, you will update your information in your profile or write us for necessary amendments in profile before initiating any further payment
You are or above the age of 18 years
Only use the Website by using your own username and password
Keep your login credentials secret and not to disclose your password and never share your login credentials with anyone to anyone
Change your password immediately if you notice any unusual activity on your account
Provide us correct and truthful details concerning:
The money remittance transaction or transactions you instruct us to remit
The beneficiary’s correct, accurate and complete details, including Your full name, address, phone number, Date of Birth and any other information we require of you from time to time and any other information we request of you prior to us completing the Service
You authorise us to transmit your name, address and other personal information supplied by you (including updated information) to obtain information from third parties about you, including, but not limited to, credit reports and so that we may authenticate your identity.
We reserve the right to terminate an agreement formed with you pursuant to clause 9 below and to suspend or terminate your access to the Website immediately and without notice to you if:
You fail to make any payment to us when due
You breach these Conditions (repeatedly or otherwise)
You are impersonating any other person or entity
When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.
We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have in anyway been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Website.
Who can use our services:
To be eligible to purchase the Services on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts with us, you must:

Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
Provide full details of an address in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (if you reside in the EEA) or your local country address for the performance or delivery of the Services
Identification requirements for Online Payment:
Valid Photo identification (Passport or Driving License) Coloured and clearly readable
Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)
Proof of Address (Utility bill; Gas, Electricity, Water) bank statment (Issued within the last 3 months)

Payment
Payment can be made by any personal (not commercial) prepay, debit card or through bank transfer. In case of cash payment at the branch then you can pay us Cash.
By transfering money, you consent to payment being charged to your prepay/debit card account or bank transfer.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the provision of the Services.
Order Process
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided by you during the order process and we will not accept an order unless all details requested from you have been entered correctly.
You agree that if we contact you to acknowledge receipt of your order such communication shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase the Services ordered by you from the Website.
A contract between you and us incorporating these Conditions will only subsist after we have debited your payment card and have confirmed that we shall be providing the requested Service or made it available to be downloaded. We will send you an email to confirm this.
You must check that the details contained in the Confirmation are correct and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
You will be subject to the version of our policies and Conditions in force at the time that you order the Services from us.
Delivery
Transactions will be ready to disburse on our pay-out network where the receiver can show their ID and our pay-out partner will disburse the amount, while processing transactions we may ask for additional documents subject to Compliance policies and procedures. We need complete receiver details (Full Beneficiary Name and ID) to proceed with transactions to the pay-out location.
Any dates quoted for completing the performance of the remittance service are approximate only. If no date is specified then it will take place within 30 days or a reasonable time of the date of the Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We shall not be liable for any delay in completing the performance of the Service, however, caused
Cancellation & Refund
Please let us know if you have any problems with the Service. You can contact us using the contact information at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions.
You have the right to cancel your agreement with us after you have submitted a Transaction. This right of cancellation continues until 30 days after you have submitted the transaction, or until we have completed the contract by paying the Pay-out Amount to the Recipient, whichever is the earlier. If you exercise your right to cancel under this clause, we may make a cancellation charge.
We will consider your written request for a refund (submitted by email, or by mail using the contact information at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions) if you provide the Sender’s full name, address, and phone number, together with the Transaction identification number, Transaction Amount, and the reason for your refund request.
Any refunds will be credited back to the same Payment Instrument used to fund the Transaction and in the same currency. No adjustment will be made for any currency fluctuations which may have occurred in the meanwhile.
If we do provide you with a refund, we will only refund the Transaction Amount if the Transaction was not paid out to the Recipient (in which case we will also cancel your pending Transaction); otherwise, we will only refund the Transaction Fee.
A charge of £25 may be applied which will be deducted from the transaction amount. Note that this charge is incurred by the merchant bank and not by R U B ENTERPRISES Limited.
Data Protection
Any information that you supply to enable us to perform our Services is protected by GDPR Rules. You agree that R U B ENTERPRISES Limited may use such personal data for the purposes of performing our Services, assessing the risk of performing our Services, for the purposes set out in our Terms and Conditions and to enable R U B ENTERPRISES Limited to enforce its rights under our Terms and Conditions if necessary.
You should be aware that: If we are requested or required by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, or upon the receipt of a court order, to provide your Personal Information and/or information concerning your activities whilst using the Website we shall do so; and We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to disclose details of your use of the Website in relation to any, or any threatened, Court Proceedings in connection with your use, or the use of anyone under your control, of the Website whether in connection with the matters set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
